Tonight was duck breast in a new recipe I tried for a savoury chocolate sauce. It was to die for. This coming from someone who is not a choco freak. But the combination was delicious. All that was needed for the meal was a bit of asparagus, it was rich enough to not need much more. And strawberries and dipping chocolate for dessert, with a glass of spicy Shiraz.
I am getting ready to broil salmon steaks again and make fried sweet potatoes... slice sweet potatoes into dimes.....sprinkle olive oil and cinammon on them and bake...does not take that long to make...... and yay, I love my salmon steaks...i embed lots of cloves of garlic in the steaks and then lemon juice on top after cooked.....
