Maybe some spaghetti, with sausage, or maybe with chicken but I haven't decided yet. As it turned out, I made a chicken, mushroom, and swiss quesadilla.
Tonight was a goat burger with bleua cheese on toast. Mac n cheese with garlic and basil. With a side of veggies.
Hello, kimchi soup, I opened the package all by myself . The soup looks a bit like dishwater, but is surprisingly yummy for 35 cent the bowl. I tested the seafood flavoured soup of the same brand before. It tasted like rotten fish with too much salt ;(. Regards Gyro

I finally made the spaghetti last night. I used some ground breakfast sausage for the meat. It was good. No pic.
egg mcmuffins i made 4..had 2 for lunch and 2 for supper just a scrambled fried egg topped with crisp bacon and slice of smoked cheddar on a toasted english muffin yum
I wish you lived closer as it would be wonderful to have you and the brood all over for dinner! I use to do this a lot when the kids were younger and had hockey early in the morning. It was a good breakfast and they could eat it on the way there. Sunday I made a stuffed turkey breast with gravy. Baked squash, broccoli, oven roasted mini potatoes and a hickory smoked piece of salmon for my niece (she only eats fish). yesterday's lunch was baked salmon and some basmati rice with onion (and a lot of hot sauce). I'll probably have the rice for lunch again today. breakfast this morning was just a couple of hard-boiled eggs and a small bowl of raspberries (and I will likely have the same thing for breakfast tomorrow).
Making kimchi today. This time I'm using turnip and parsnip. I reserved some extra brine from my last batch that already had cayenne and garlic, but I added extra garlic and fish sauce. All thats left is a coupla days fermenting! The cloudier jar is the turnip. I used the reserved brine with more settlement from the bottom of the jar, it had more cayenne too.
I am looking forward to hearing how the parsnips turnout. That is not one of my fav veggies but I think that I might enjoy them done that way. Last night there was only Mia and I for dinner and she wanted chili. I took a container out of the freezer. Cheddar cheese to top it with garlic bread. I've only ever had them in a pot-roast. I read about someone fermenting them so I thought I'd try it. I'll let you know how I like 'em!
