^ lol lode. I've only had a bag of bugles and a chocolate candy bar and I'm starving...just trying to decide what I can do with the little bit of stuff in there now without having to go to the store... BUT yesterday was special in that I ate an entire large pepperoni pizza (from Lil Caesar's) with ranch dressing to dip all bites in followed by 2 chocolate bars.
Chocolate spread on toast Crisps and houmous Biscuits 2 bananas Potato waffles with cheese, veggie bacon, fried egg and onion Salad Vanilla ice cream with strawberries It's alright because we ate properly yesterday. I made the best risotto in the world with sweet potato, broccoli, aubergine, peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms in it.
Today I had a banana, grapes, and a few crackers; and for supper I had chicken breast, broccoli, and carrots! :2thumbsup:
Worked outside today and as soon as i came inside i was craving ice cream like a motherfucker. Nothing better than burning a couple hundred calories then finishing the day by eating em back.

Now I'm drinking vodka and (pink) grapefruit juice...I think that's actually a drink.... is it called a "salty dog" if I were to rim the edge with salt? I believe it may be healthier than yesterday's food.
4 eggs, bagel with peanut butter and honey, high calorie protein drink, box of triscuits, half a box of pasta, 2 bananas, clif bar, a dos equis beer, some chips. about 3700 calories so far
