What did you eat today?

Penne pasta and pesto with grated parmesan.More garlic bread on the side - I love that stuff.

 

Balsamic chicken breasts with pesto gravy, linguine smothered in roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic, sautéed onions, black olives, pine nuts and shaved parmesan, asparagus and beets.

 

Lasagna for supper...

 

I just made two cheeseburgers for dinner :2thumbsup:

Currently taking a break from making tonight's dinner;
boneless chicken breasts stuffed with a mixture of broccoli, carrots, chives, a touch of garlic, bacon, diced ham, cheddar & montery jack cheeses blended with a dijon honey mustard & lemon juice sauce. They will be wrapped with bacon and pan seared.
Also making smashed garlic & paprika tators and greeny beans.

rice cakes. i ate more while i was at work but i always consider that yesterday for some fucked up reason in my head because i started the day yesterday.

 

I accidentally ate two whole wheat waffles a little while ago.
I am now going to go and try to "get rid of them" before they reak havoc on my insides.

i just picked off the white meat from my leftover last nights chicken (tossed the dark stuff in the trash while thinking about the starving children in africa)...threw it in a small pot added water,chopped celery and chicken ramen to make a half decent soup for lunch

 

Salmon,spinach and Gruyere fishcakes,mediterranean roast vegetables with brown rice,soy sauce and butter.

 

Rice & Broccoli and tilapia with fresh rolls....

 

On this perfect drizzling and grey day I think I'll go get myself a hamburger and corn dawg

 

Redneck brand Linguica sausage and a big pile of baked yams with butter and garlic, a large glass of milk mixed with cream of coconut for dessert.
