    Some walnuts, two bananas and an apple, and a curry with squash over rice

    Teriyaki chicken stir fry on Jasmine rice. Cucumber tomato salad with lemon olive oil and white balsamic dressing.

    6" honey oat, roast beef, no cheese, not toasted, all the produce except no iceberg and no red onion, no shakers, and a small drink, for here.

    that was lunch.

    breakfast i boiled in potasium (non-sodium) bullion with lemon concentrate, beef cheriso, frozed vegi medly, and a couple of perogies.

    dinner might or might not happen. evening nibbled unsalted pistachios and chocklet tea biscuits.

    Once again, I started my day with a tin of sardines in mustard sauce, washed down with three cups of fresh-brewed coffee.

    Last nite, tho, I took my gf to Barcelona, a wonderful tapas restaurant that has several locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Washed that down with a Southern Tier IPA. Yummy.

    Just woke up, so I'm drinking some bulletproof coffee with 4 tablespoons of grass-fed butter and 3 tablespoons of MCT oil.

    Bacon, eggs and hashed-browns for breakfast, meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes w/ local Hutterite butter and a side of hot Korean Kimchi for lunch.

    Calories don't mean too much. It all depends on the source of the calories.

    Calories from bacon and eggs? No biggie.

    Naw, it was the extra helping of meatballs and gravy, ha ha!

    I don't watch my calories in the sense that I might get too much, I can just tell I won't be as hungry later. My body does a pretty good job of self regulation. If I'm not as active, I don't eat as much, when I'm burning a lot of calories throughout the day, I'm hungrier. At a buck sixty, I've gained at the most only 15 lbs since highschool, most of that only since I got into martial arts and started actually working out some.

    I get hungry every time I come here and read some of your descriptions here....I have eaten nothing today so far, and I should eat a banana, at least, as my stomach is complaining I have not fed it yet. LOL
