It wasn't me....don't do that. I did at first for something, but will not again to anyone....not worth doing that as far as I am concerned. I just learn to ignore some things now.

For dinner I cooked some salmon and thawed out some frozen veggies. I was in a hurry.

Coffee, a bagel...not sure what I ate between the coffee and the bagel, I think it was some benzos...that's why I don't remember cuz I was a little barred out today and the day really flew.

If a New York minute is normally 15 seconds, today it was 5 seconds lol:D

Mmm, that would have gone nicely with the zucchini and cheddar tamales I had for lunch. :)

Woke up, had two cups of black coffee and some BCAA's, did 20 minutes of intervals on the exercise bike, then made a protein shake. For dinner it was a grass-fed ribeye and a salad.

I have not made baked ziti in ages and I am going to soon, thanks to your post. :)

I made a bourbon pecan pork loin roast with oven roasted potatoes, cauliflower, baby carrots and a tossed salad.

Avocado on caraway rye, cherry tomatoes, a banana and a cup of Lady Grey tea. Somebody here recommended the Lady Grey tea. I can't recall who it was but thank you, I like it!

Thanks for the bit of scouse history. Now I'll know why Liverpudlians are called Scousers. I've heard of blind scouse. I guess that would be a vegetarian stew!

Brined. My friends mom makes it for us all. It is a quick cheat on sauerkraut as it is in small batches and only takes a week to cure.

Chop a small cabbage and add about 2 tbs of coarse salt. You have to keep the cabbage submerged at all times and in a cool place, covered with something breathable like a towel or cheese cloth. A large mason jar works well. After about a week, cover properly and refrigerate. It is delish. :)
