Pretty much all my bachelor friends live on cereal and takeout. It's gross.

I managed a sardine sandwich on caraway rye with a spring mix salad. Having a cup of ginger tea now.

Eggs, bacon, toast and a double shot of espresso for breakfast. Lunch, a coupla tuna salad sandwiches, handful of dill pickle potato chips and a large glass of milk. A big bowl of vegetable beef soup for dinner, with buttered bread, several handfulls of fire roasted cashews and halfa rockstar cuz I fuckin' spilled the other half.. grrr

I made a huge omelet this morning with mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, and fresh herbs. For dinner I had a steak (grassfed!), rosemary potatoes, and asparagus. I'm thinking about making brownies right now
