    I am on a ketogenic diet. I can pretty much eat fat+protein (as long I dont go over 1500 cals), but the carbs have to go, not more than 50g of carbs per day. Now I had 4 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and a protein shake. Thats it for today !

    I have yet to eat anything today, but after my workout at the gym it will most likely be my usual.

    So far, I've only eaten 7 xanax bars(14mg), but I plan on eating some pork chops, mac and cheese, and baked beans later, which should be amazing, considering the benzo munchies, and benzo munchies are much more powerful than weed munchies, in my experience.

    I want to cut down to 130lbs and lose most of the visceral fat, then clean bulk on a solid base.
    Now I am 160 lbs (lost 10lbs). I am one of those skinny fats :D but now its coming down nicely.

    Actually I am not sure what is my target weight but my target body fat is around 10%.

    Okay...today I ate. 4 strawberries....2 bites of a pork chop... some green beans w almonds on them.. some Moroccan chicken n orzo soup (1 cup) and that's it and i'm still not eating enuf...

    130?? You want to burn off all your muscle to lose abdominal fat? That is completely unnecessary.

    I kind of have a similar problem, except it isn't with visceral fat (the most dangerous kind of fat to have), which is fat under the abdominal muscles. I have some subcutaneous fat I am trying to get rid of, which is fat just under the skin, between the skin and the stomach muscle. It poses no health issues, but I find it unsightly, as I am trying to get as toned as possible. I find that the intermittent fasting I do now for 24 hours, twice per week, is working well.

    You don't have to burn muscle to lose fat. You shouldn't. There shouldn't be any need to get all the way down to 130. With intermittent fasting you actually build muscle as you lose fat, which is the miracle of it. I am pretty much maintaining a consistent 160-165 while I lose inches from my waist. Since I started the intermittent fasting in May, I have went from a 32 waist to a 31 waist, without losing, but rather gaining muscle.

    Those love handles gotta go, and so should the gut! I mean I might not see my abs which is fine, but I still have a gut and love handles. The chest part has mostly turned to muscle and there is little fat left so its going good. I have gained a lot of muscle in the thighs and lower leg (I squat 4 times a week)
    I do strength training and get at least 150-160g of protein per day so as to lose as less muscle as possible, but I am not worried about muscle gains at the moment. Its better to build muscle on a clean bulk than on old greasy fat that is the result of months if not years of junk food.

    As far as IF, i plan to include in the keto diet within a couple of weeks.
    I'm 5'7" btw.
