I made a baked smoked ham on the weekend so I had a grilled cheese and ham sandwich for lunch.

 

Brown rice with soy sauce and low cholesterol spread.

 

Blueberry Flax Oatmeal with Banana
Coffee
Agua
Animal Crackers
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Cheddar Stick

When I get home I’ll probably drink the smoothie I made last night with almond milk, blackberries, strawberries, mango and a green apple. I was supposed to bring it with me this morning, but in my completely spaced out natural state of being, I forgot.

For dinner I'll have salmon with asparagus and maybe a spinach salad, it all depends how hungry I am.

I ate a shitload of organic chicken breasts, macaroni salad, and green beans.... followed by some organic beef jerky and about a tablespoon of butter.

Hey man...I know you've got a thing about processed foods being part of the New World Order or something,but the spread I'm referring to is called "Benecol" and it has been scientifically proven to lower cholesterol.It contains plant stanoids.I have high cholesterol,so I also buy Benecol's yoghurt.In the six months since I've been eating this stuff,my cholesterol level has come down quite significantly.
