    Frozen shit. I've been cooking every day this week so I wanted a break. Not such a healthy day for me. Oh well.

    supper was a homemade double cheeseburger (not as bad as it sounds ...i make my patties super thin)

    Left over chili I made the other day- tomato juice, fresh local tomatoes that are very very good (best around here..they win all kinds of awards but yeah anyways...), green pepper, jalapeno pepper, celery, onion, garlic, kidney n black beans, ground grass fed beef, spice... yum yum :)

    blueberries

    a pear

    sautéed squash from mom's garden

    annnd getting hungry again..thinking of what I now want to eat.. hmm

    I pretty much eat the same thing everyday, or every three or four days, so there is no point in listing what I eat. I am sure people can guess some of them.

    I eat a lot of the same foods too...
    every day I try to eat as many as poss. from the list of... nuts, fish, beans, spinach, berries, yams/sweet potatoes, whey protein, eggs, tomatoes and a cpl others...
    nutrient dense foods :)

    Homemade chicken burgers with the fixings and a salad. I buy lean ground chicken and make my own with rosemary and Dijon mustard and then grill them. They are delish and low fat.

    i like to make my chicken burgers with thin sliced breast grilled then topped with lettuce tomatoes and mayo


    maybe ill make some tomorrow if i remember :drool5:


    i dont like the ground chicken because i dont see what they ground up (i used to work at a meat place too so that doesnt help)

    I can see why if you worked there and saw some things that maybe you do not want to eat go into some products.

    I get mine from a local butcher and I buy there all the time and hope like hang they are only grinding what they should be. :)

    Do you do the whole breast and then slice it so that it is not dry?

    i like to soak it for the day in italian salad dressing.. sliced before cooking or if its a small one i just smush it down with my hand to flatten it


    if i want to fry it crispy i soak in milk for the day then use fishcrisp mix ..i like the cajun one

    i make fingers same way with milk and fishcrisp but for those i buy packages of just chicken breast fillets

    whoa i just made a second batch of that liver but added jalapenos and it is out of this world.

    try this combo on beef or pork maybe chicken: fine chop ginger, garlic, jalapeno and cook along with meat in pan. add salt and i used some ground asian red pepper. top with plenty of fresh cilantro after cooking.. soooo damn good together

    Nice, now I have some new ideas!! Thanks! :)

    I would never have thought to use fishcrisp and instead would have used crumbing probably. Different texture for sure.
