I got a footlong from subway..a veggie delite

 

A three day old umbilical cord with a side order of foetus.

 

Thus far only a glass of water and some tea....;-)

 

That must have hurt inside, to eat a glass of water.

 

Not much. Just a quart or so of milk. Got a little stomach bug. Prob gonna lose a couple pounds and some strength

 

purchased a few mason jars or raw locally produce honey at the Amish markets today, wow... delicious. Also apple cider mhmmm

 

Some tomato soup and some spaghetti squash.

But I really want pizza.

 

i had a sandwich in the morning.
at lunch, lasagna, and i don't remember what i had for dinner o.o

 

I ate an egg with a couple strips of bacon and some stonemill flaxseed toast for brunch.
For dinner, I ate an oven roasted stuffed tomato with lima beans, onions, bread crumbs, egg and a bit of cheddar cheese, and I ate a chicken breast with a light creamy cheese sauce and boiled yellow potatoes. Mmmm... So delicious. Had homemade apple pie for dessert and ate a few handfuls of chips.

Yummers. I love eating! I don't think there is anything that I wouldn't enjoy eating.

 

1/2 lb. of organic turkey breast
A chicken Caesar salad
Kombucha tea
A whey protein shake
Wild caught sardines
Some organic walnut butter
1 Pink Lady Apple
4 raw eggs
2 squares of 85% cocao dark chocolate
A Hail Merry lemon tart
And of course some grass-fed butter and coconut oil.

 

ugh. everyones always listening all this good food and here i am always posting something like subway or in n out. or panera bread

Fave Chinese....
