what did you have for dinner/what do you think of my dish?

As soon as I finish this glass of Chianti, I'm going to fix a Frito chili pie.

I'm out of Fritos, so I'll use some corn chips I fried up last night. Dump a can of vegetarian chili on top, add diced onion and a few squirts of tabasco sauce, top with freshly grated primo extra sharp cheddar cheese. ($12 for a 2 pound block)

When it comes out of the microwave, it looks like a cheesy volcano erupting.
