I know who did it one of them stopped traffic and had 30 cars backed up.lady behind him called police say'in someone passed out behind wheel.hahahaha state cop woke him up by bang'in on window.hahha and got him out of car .kid could hardly walk, and cop let him go!!!! other kid I saw at store and his head was all scrapped from a seizure!
