What do you casually call cannabis?

i am quite simple... i refer to marijuana as "weed" as the act of smoking it as "smoking"... "Do you have any weed?" "We were just gonna go smoke."

 

I had a friend that would always say "Lets go smoke some drugs!" when he wanted to get stoned

if I'm cooking, I call it marijuana. when talking to people about buying/smoking/growing it, I call it weed. rather than going to smoke I go to burn. my friend calls weed rainy day woman from that bob dylan song. when trying to not get caught my friends and I call drugs tissues, and pipes tissue boxes, and taking drugs blowing our noses.

 

I usually call it weed or bud, but occasionally i'll call it pot too.

weed or bud, sometimes herb but not usually.

 

This seems to prove to me that no toker refers to it as "dope"...that's only used derogatorily by the establishment (such as my father...)

 

Everyone in my area(boulder county) will usually call it herb or dank, smoking can be called whatever though, i just call it smoking so it doesnt sound like your doing drugs because you can just say casually wherever you are "hey bob, wanna go smoke?" and they will know whats up.
