probably just the mixed nuts. i generally try to change it up somewhat at least, but i always have a big container of mixed nuts in my room, and it's rare that a day goes by when i don't have at least one handful out of it. seriously. 97% of hipforums members would rather perform oral sex than have intercourse, and of that 97%, 92% would rather post online about performing oral sex than actually perform oral sex. yet somehow none of those guys found this thread.
I eat a lot of white rice with a little butter and soy sauce. It has little nutritional value, and is less healthy than the brown variety,I just got into eating it as a comfort food.I often add mushrooms and courgettes gently fried in olive oil.
that does seem rather amazing. that last bit. i'm kind of glad that maybe it has ocured to some people that other things do exist in life. some of them even occasionally gratifying.
food generally. just not the same kinds, as much as it is practical to avoid doing so. (also nuts are ridiculously expensive where i live. it seems like every time people catch on to that something is good for them, the price of it gets jacked way up, and we have to go looking for something else good that's affordable, until it 'gets discovered' and the price of that goes up. eventually the price of things that are no longer newly discovered to be good comes back down, because they've been forgotten. then they get rediscovered, and up goes the price again)
i don't even have set meal times. considering as how i have no set sleeping and waking times, other then when the cats feel like it, i don't see how i could. i do love noodles and hamburger, mushrooms and broth, but it isn't even every day i have any of these either. i actually consider this a healtier diet then eating the same things all the time. although i am getting more salt and sugar then is good for me and i can feel the harm that is doing. but that wouldn't be any better eating more repetitively. it is instead, a result of what there is to choose from, and circumstances which constrain that even further.
Oatmeal for breakfast, except on weekends. It's so fucking boring and I'm sick of it, but it's cheap, easy to make, and nutritionally it is a very sensible first meal.
I have cheese everyday. At least one tomato everyday. Coffee, usually two cups and six bottles of water. Other than that I tend to work on variety everyday as I feel that is a healthy approach to eating.
2 things I still consume every day are bread and coffee. Not much of either but it's the only stuff I consequently happen to get some of every day. Other stuff like fruits or vegetables I like to alternate, and although I love meat I prefer to skip it some days of the week (not many ). Moderation is (almost always) key.
