you can do so many things to make oatmeal less boring. Well, maybe not so many things but you can add fruit, honey for a healthy sweetener, sugar or maple syrup if you just aren't giving a shit about being healthy on any given day.
yogurt of some kind, berries of some kind, carrots and a Fibre granola bar. I try to eat two squares of dark chocolate everyday too.
I usually have multigrain waffles loaded w applesauce in the morning. Either that or corn czechs with kefir. Graze on junk throughout the day lol.
i have never understood anyone wanting to eat any same thing every day. i could be mistaken, but i don't believe its particularly good for the health either. not as bad as stress of course, but nowhere near good.
3 fried eggs with some kind of hot sauce. well I have them 5 days a week for breakfast before work. I get the eggs from a family who has too many chickens for what they eat. They are good.. then cheese... not sure if daily but a lot.. and toast with peanut butter... love my peanut butter..
Can't think of anything I have every single day. Only tea and coffee. I usually try to include leafy greens on a daily basis.
