What do you know about our new health care law?

If they've never been to a doctor, they likely have not had their vaccinations, and this makes them victims of child abuse, not to mention a danger to society. These kids are going to continue to have very difficult lives as adults without the necessary documentation and socialization. If they have no birth certificates, they cannot ever avail themselves of their citizenship rights.

Why have so many Americans vehemently opposed Obama's health care plan? I don't understand, do Americans not want universal healthcare? If not, why?

The other night Rudolph Giuliani was on Piers Morgan and stated that the US had the best healthcare system in the world, that it exceeded both Canada's and Britian's. This doesn't seem to be true and the more pressing issue in my opinion is availability.

Just ponder that sentence that so many people used at protests on signs, and you'll get your answer.

 

What, they just don't want the government involved in healthcare period?

Even better was a sign i saw an older gentleman in a scooter, no doubt paid in full by medicare, holding reading "keep your socialist hands of my medicare"..

These people are ignorant and don't know what they are talking about, republicans are made cause they feel they didn't have enough say or control over it, so they exploit peoples ignorance while hiding the facts as best they can. - my opinion.

 

Those who vote against a single payer system are afraid and rightfully so,that the cycle of "you give me money,I'll vote the way you want" and "you vote the the way we want,we'll give you money"will end. The main issue with these guys is to KEEP THAT JOB for life,if possible. Of course anything that smacks of socialism scares the "haves". That socialized medicine works there's no doubt-plenty of evidence in countries that have it.
