What Games Are You Playing Right Now?

i never liked playing as an elder scrolls vampire. too many restrictions. i just do it long enough to go through any questlines, and then cure myself. thus, i never played as a vampire in oblivion since they didn't bother making any vampire quests.

do you have dawnguard? i do remember having fun playing as a vampire lord for a while.

 

No the only two elders scrolls games I played were Skyrim and Oblivion. I have heard like Morrowing etc. is better or still relavantly awesome but I can't see myself going back to older games with less of what I'm already used to lol. Oblivion was the first open RPG that I played. I was literally blown away by how huge the map was and that I could basically do what I wanted.

In saying all that I've never actually finished the games. I've spent enough hrs to finish them thrice! But I've never gotten close.

 

morrowind was the only one i ever finished, and i just did that a year or two ago, on probably at least my 5th playthrough.

i'm actually playing oblivion right now. it's my least favorite of the series, but i hadn't touched it in 6 years or so, so it's something different. and now that i know what to expect, it isn't as disappointing as it was when i was expecting an improvement on morrowind. anyway, my point is that i plan on trying to actually do the main story this time. i'm almost done with the mages guild, and then the main quest is my next plan after that.

dawnguard is a skyrim add-on, so it's not like getting a whole different game.

 

Dawnguard is included in Irm's version since she's playing the special edition for the latest gen consoles now.

 

Ohhh okay yeah I think I read Dawnguard somewhere being a mod add on. What does it do though?
There's a setting in my game menu says "mods" and when I click it wants me to go to an online server. I just don't know what the mods do? Like, can I load a mod up during my game and like what's it do?

To me like mods on other games are like, separate features and not something I just load up in the main game and have it work??

Am I explaining myself sufficiently? Feels like I'm not.. hehe.

I don't have the Timor patients to learn how that shit works. I want to put the game in and play. I don't want to fiddle around with settings for some unintended things.

Won a 100 lap race at Evergreen in my late model. Started out awesome and was up by 2.5 seconds on the short 0.6mile speedway. Within 20 laps I was sinking badly, burned the right front tire out completely and knew I wouldn't be making the distance on one set of tires. Caution came out close to 50 lap mark and I missed the pits as there was a jam in there, went around and came in a lap later basically threw the race away I thought. Restarted 22nd and surprisingly not many takers for the pits.

Green flag. raced my way to top 15, 10, 5 all else not having a chance to keep up with us on new tires. Was working the back bumper a lot and pushed the leader up high. I decided that was a mistake on my part so I stayed in line but we lost 3 positions to lapped cars as they got beneath us. Had another crack at the lead with 7 or 8 laps to go, did it cleanly and raced away.

Started the 2019 NFL season in madden. Lost 31-25, dismal performance. Regretting getting rid of some of my receivers but hey gotta do it. Threw a disgraceful 5 INTs in week 1 lol, only threw 8 all last season.

 

Yeah, I'm not into mods a lot. But Dawnguard is an add on in the sense of extra content. It includes an extra storyline on a new part of the Skyrim map (south east corner I think). The best thing about this Dawnguard expansion for you is that its all about vampires if I recall right!

 

^ yep, all about vampires. and it adds the vampire lord ability, which is actually really cool.

the other major add on was dragonborn, which i liked a lot better. but that's largely because it was basically an homage to morrowind, so since irm likes vampires and hasn't played morrowind, dawnguard might be more up her alley.

of course, i would just install them both if they came included anyway.

 

So I might be able to download and install these mods and they won't ruin my saved games already? ANd once I download and install, are they installed forever? Like will the Dawnguard map always be there or is it something I'll need to load up every time I play?

 

it won't affect your current saved games; most likely you will get a new conversation topic or something to point you in the direction of the new content and you can start whenever you want.

it will stay installed, at least until you manually uninstall it.

Well I've realised one bad thing about being a vampire is the weakness to fire, which doesn't help me against dragons, they kill me in 15 seconds as I was 50% weaker to fire. Guess I'm going to have to spend a lot of gold on fire resistant armors.

 

They were add ons on the xbox360. I think in the special edition for xbone they're already on the disc/in the standard package. Don't know for sure it's the case here, but that has been my experience with other special editions and games that got remastered for a newer gen console.

 

I'm ready to start the 2017 Monster Cup NASCAR series. I have a 47 car roster and I can't wait until the end of next month. I'm going to go for four straight Daytona 500 wins.

After shaky start I'm 6-2.

 

Not getting into anything else than SW Battlefront lately I can almost play as a Twi'lek (which will gain you nothing, not even a remarkable look as there's only one twi'lek appearance... which you see often enough running around already. It would be more fun if there would be a bunch of different appearances for each alien race. Still.. this game does a lot of things right imo!).

 

After losing my past two consecutive AFC championship games, I said to myself enough is enough. I played the underwhelming Jaguars but beat me in round 1 of the NFL regular season.

I didn't give them a chance. 3 INTs and two Fumbles saw a triumphant Denver Broncos head to the super bowl with a 38-6 thrashing of the Jaguars.

Now I got the filthy Packer scum in the big game. 2019 Super Bowl.

3rd play into that match had my rookie WR striding down the sideline for a 73 yard sprint to end zone. All the scoring was mostly done in the first 10 mins with the Broncos leading a good passing attack to lead the quarter 14-3.

That's where it stopped though as defenses took over.

Packers made a stupid decision late in the half to throwninto the end zone with 8 seconds left. Problem has a name and the name is Von Miller. Charging off the left forcing Rodgers to hit a check down. No timeouts remaining and clock runs out. Half time 14-3 should have been 14-6.

Anyway 20-6 final score. Kubiak retires as head coach. I got some fictional made up guy now. Had to let some people including my good RB. Draft should be fun.
