What Games Are You Playing Right Now?

does that even still run under modern systems?

I first started Diablo with the demo....LOL
fuck that was along time ago.....

 

I'm playing my NASCAR game and noticed my pedals are broken so I've actually managed to track someone down that doesn't live too far away that are selling their whole wheel unit. I just need the pedals so will probably sell what I don't need on eBay. Such a lucky find though because I need them for the weekend. I'm picking them up before pool tonight.

 

yea, the new Diablo 1 version does i believe. comes on a cd/dvd now.

 

Just Star wars Battlefront here I've reached the rank to get the Twi'lek appearance, only need to reel in some more credits.

It's also on the latest consoles I think. A friend of mine really liked it, I watched him play. Better fun than playing it myself (I'm sure it is good in its specific genre, I'm just not much of a dungeon crawler and looter, if that appears the main thing the game is about. I can get into it if it is subject to a great story/setting. Also don't really dig the above perspective).

edit: are you getting into any other game lately, Nox? Surely you're done with Skyrim by now as well

 

When Diablo first came out it was groundbreaking, the animated sprites and perspective were two things that set it apart then. It was fun, but could/would get monotonous. I finished it on all the difficulty levels and the expansion as well.
Had a level 45 Paladin, tried playing online, what a cluster fuck of dildos. "oooh, I has more ears than you". One time I joined some guy in a game and he starts throwing all his collection of ears around trying to impress or scare me. While he was fucking with his ears, I killed him and took them all..MUHAHAHA! another time some guy joined a game, took one look at my stats and logged out saying "you're not killing me"

online in the PvP games you can kill the other player and take their loot and an ear as a trophy.

as far as other games actually carpel tunnel bullshit has all but ended gaming for me. It is also why I don't post as much or lengthy posts as I did in the past.
It just hurts too damn much, just typing this is not pleasant at all.

 

Man, that sucks... Sorry to hear! Not sure at all but maybe a console controller works better for you now than a keyboard? Just a thought!

 

I got "Life Is Strange" a couple of days ago. It seems pretty interesting. Just finished playing "Uncharted 4", but I'll probably start that from the beginning when I finish "Life Is Strange".

​Also been playing a lot of "Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection" and "Mad Max"(Mad Max was a pleasant surprise). Got TellTale's "Game of Thrones" recently. It's decent. Still playing "The Witcher 3"(I'll be playing that shit for years).

 

I liked Life Is Strange. It was a cool concept.

I beat Resident Evil 7 in 2 days on the normal difficulty. Started at noon one day, was done by the next evening. I'm glad it was just a redbox game for me.

So back to Battlefield 1 for me. I will probably get the new Mass Effect next month.

 

Damn I am really out of touch. Had no idea RE7 was out. Didn't know the new mass effect was so close to release.
I will get battlefront again. Not sure when.
Life is strange is my type of game. I love story based games. Love that American girl song near the beginning.

Right now I have restarted my restart of skyrim.
For those that missed it. I ran into a bug where everyone attacked me for no reason. Started the game over but got sidetracked by other games. Now I am back to it and hoping no more bugs.

 

Have you played any of the TellTale games? Particularly their Walking Dead games? TellTales "Tales From The Borderlands" is pretty good too, if you haven't played it.

And how about Heavy Rain or Beyond: Two Souls?

 

Finished beyond two souls. And heavy rain. And the first part of the walking dead. Will get the second part soon.
Tales from the borderlands made me think of the borderlands games which were good but very repetitive.

Is that one story based?

 

I got my new wheel pedals and it made so much difference.
I won my qualifying race and showed no speed through the week so it was exciting. Something to be happy about.

 

Yeah, Tales From The Borderlands plays like the Walking Dead TellTale game, in that is almost completely story-driven, with a little bit of action thrown in. Definitely no repetition.

 

I will pick it up. I am halfway through borderlands 2. Lost interest. It's great when it is funny and you are walking through the towns but holy shit it is like a never ending list of long ass missions.

 

i just restarted skyrim too. i was doing oblivion for a while; i had every intention of finally playing through the main storyline and then downloading and playing through the shivering isles stuff because those are the major things that i never did before, but as soon as i finished the mages guild and actually started on the main quest in earnest, i just completely lost interest in the game. so i played through GTA5 again real quick and moved on to skyrim.

i'm playing as a stealth character again, but i'm focusing on the companions faction and the main storyline this time, as again those are the two main things that i didn't do in my previous playthroughs.

 

Changed it around a little this time.
Bulking up on 2 handed weapons.
Pretty much so I can do away with shields. Any I get it sell and it saves time with thinking I have a good one handed weapon then finding out later it is a shitty 2 handed weapon.

 

I gotta spin Skyrim again lol.

Were you playing Battlefront on PS4 as well? Interesting! Maybe let me know when you start playing it again (although you will see then I will be finally done with it )

I think the next time you can buy the other 4 or 5 parts of Life is strange for cheap again in the ps store I will. Everybody I know who finished it says it was such a nice game for a change, and I experienced the first part the same

Lol The Witcher 3 has been on my wishlist for years I should get to business! It's still on my list to play of course, I'm sure I will like it.

I didn't stop playing Uncharted 4 after I got all the diary entries and treasures. Granted I looked the last 5 or 6 treasures up by cheating but i was so close to finding them all I couldn't stop. I may play the game again after I finish Rise of the Tomb raider (not busy with that game at all atm), love this shit.
Although I encourage you to play all Uncharted games TNS I have to think how big the difference between 4 and 1 will be! Glad I played it all in chronological order. It has become one of my fav series.
Played all AC games with Ezio to death on the xbox 360. I'm halfway with AC Unity (Paris French revolution) and at less then 10% with AC Syndicate (London during industrial revolution). The latter I got with my PS4 haha. Great game but yeah wanna finish Unity first

 

Had BF for ps4 but I may get Xbox when I get a new system. We shall see.

The last chapter of life is strange was pretty bad...like they rushed it. But if you want to see the ending then I guess it's that or watching YouTube videos. And there is no satisfaction in watching a video.
