What happens if you talk to a woman that you don't know in the usa when you are drunk?

I've found that women are very kind and seldom frigid or unwilling to negotiate. Getting laid isn't that big of a thing at your age (at which I'm guessing - are you 20?). Anyway when I was in my youth we didn't have any discretion whatsoever There was ample debauchery to be had!

 

Women have been fucking bad to me.

Perhaps your trouble comes more from where you seek this attention?
Take an interest in something beyond the "Drinkie & fuck~fuck" approach, go to a place like a library, visit historical sites, let a woman find you who shares some common interests, then you can discern if you want to speak with them or not during casual conversation?

1: Change your location, go somewhere less "radically traditional and conservative" and find relations outside Turkey
2: Change your own methods. Rather than seeking to engage a companion unfamiliar to you randomly in public settings, put yourself in settings within this culture wherein you may be "properly introduced" according to local tradition,,,

To answer your original question...no, you will not get beaten up, or murdered, or whatever violence you feel may be visited upon you...simply for talking to a woman, while you are "drunk"!

Now...*if* while you are drunk and begin a conversation with a woman, you are extremely disrespectful, talking about fucking, and just generally being a crude, rude, asshole, then...yeah, you might get beaten! And, deservedly, most likely.

I don't care if you're drunk or sober, if you begin a conversation with a woman, there shouldn't be much of a problem if you're respectful. Now, obviously...if the woman in question is already with a partner, that may cause some argument. But, if you make sure the woman in question isn't accompanied by anyone, and you keep a civil, polite tongue in your head...I can't imagine why you would be in any danger of being beaten.

 

If I try to talk to a woman they usually just leave... and I don't even drink.

Grandeur, imagine you are a woman, going about her day, trying to stay positive about life. Then she encounters you, saying, "Kill me, those who have women friends." Do you not get how that is a red flag? You need to lighten up. Maybe you are totally fucked and no one will ever love you. Maybe so. But give it a fucking rest already.
