    Intersting what you say...like a lost herd...or lost tribe...wondering without a cause...

    I've noticed the same...

    And your right...united, the hippie nation was akin to the second civil war...but divided and without purpose...well...you summarized it yourself....

    Hot water Your hippie college post was a fun read....

    We've got to find a new cause, or we will become irrelevant and extinct...

    Next, I would like to break down the different factions of hippies...from the Jesus freaks to the druggies to the rainbows to the earth first types...

    And see if there is indeed a common bond which brings us all together under one umbrella...

    What is that bond?

    How could peace and tolerance ever become irrelevant?

    Thanks but its only a small fraction of what you’ll learn at Hippie University [IMG]

    Regarding a new cause;

    The white shirts at CERN are attempting to annihilate an entire community of subatomic particles with their new hadron collider and its incumbent upon us to "Save the Protons" from extinction :eek:

    There's some truth to that...
    From my encounters with people over the years, I notice it's the ones who display their 'colorfulness' on the outside, who are usually very nice and or reserved on the inside...

    But certain people who walk around dressed very 'reserved'...sometimes can be the biggest monsters to humanity...

    The reserved look...is a costume as well...camoflauge to hide 'intent'...

    Edited...oops, I screwed up...I thought your headliner was your quote or statement...and that's what I was responding to...and then when I posted, I realized the error...
