So, it's okay to laugh at a mentally competent person when they do something incredibly stupid.....but ohhhh no, let a mentally challenged person do something funny and people wanna get all PC on you.

Working in a restaraunt and catching someone masterbating is quite funny... or if not funny certainly more than a bit bizarre!

Blackie's last paragraph sums it up perfectly for me though... by not laughing at disabled or disadvantaged people in the same way we laugh at everyone else we are singling them out as being different from the rest of society, which is exactly what the PC brigade are so against...

it has nothing to do with being politically correct. it's just mean to laugh at people in general, particularly people who are mentally impaired.
