What if the a past civilazation obliterated themselves?

Ive seen and heard many things pointing to civilizations living underneath the ground. Personally I think its a great idea, use the earth as a home away from the outside elements.(hurricane, tornado, tsunami) you would have to worry about earthquakes tho...hmmm

Nah, it didn't get missed, just the old films were cheesy, and the remakes were worse, so lots of people had those images and the whole knowledge of that movie erased from their memories.

Hmmm... The whole living in the center of the Earth and needing to worry about earthquakes I'm not sure you would...

See, if you lived INSIDE the core somehow (which is molten), I imagine that you would be protected somewhat from shock waves I imagine.. Be hotter than hell though..

Of course if we found the technology to be able to make something inside the center of the planet, then well... I'm sure A/C wouldn't be a problem. Wonder where they would get their water from though... :afro:

 

i don't know anything about the movies, but back when i was a kid there were these things that had a bunch of pieces of paper stuck together and there was text on the paper and if you looked at the text in the right order it would tell a story.

 

There's enough information written in ancient texts to theorize the possibility of an ancient race destroying itself. The Hindu text has a pretty elaborate one along with Sumarian but I think they're more along the lines of angry Gods destroying the world. There's still places mentioned in the text that carry a high amount of radiation and crystallized ruins that scientists can't explain. Ancient Nuclear Warfare? Could have been.

 

These ancient artifacts you speak of can be found in "Halls of Record" known as Libraries.

Although in another 50 to 100 years, we probably won't have those either.

But.. If you buy into the Super Flare Carrington Event this year, or next, then we are going to be in for a blast back to a time when these pieces of paper and text will be all we have... :afro:
