I just did a lot of coke and went to RHCP concert last weekend. I felt like dancing, but restrained myself.
I used to love it, I felt amazing all the stress and worry from life melted away. unlike most people I never get up and do anything, I always just sit and talk for hours and hours. How I miss those days, now with random drug testing I got to use glass cleaner when I want to let loose, but oh well, I still got those memories.
Good too experiment.. wouldn't choose it as a lifestyle.. Oh, and i lost 40 pounds, when i was addicted to it for a month..
I feel as if coke is nothing like it used to be. It's cut & stepped on so much that it basically is no fun anymore. The good old coke that I used to get used to make me feel amazing. I haven't had that euphoric feeling in so long.
The only thing I worry about with Cocaine, and, thus the major reason why I have never tried it and have stuck with Amphetamines, is the high possibility of Cardiac problems on even recreational doses of the drug. From what I have read, the reason for such high prevalence of Heart problems is due to Cocaine's powerful blockade of Sodium Channels at normal doses. Thus, it acts to anesthetize the heart's muscle, leading to arrhythmia, erratic heart beat, and thus heart failure. Amphetamine does not do this, and the LD-50 for amphetamine is around 40 times the average recreational dose. While, yes, it raises heart rate and blood pressure, it doesn't cause heart failure in most people (unless the person has a heart condition obviously - but that is even not a complete death sentence because I have a heart condition: atherosclerosis, enlarged heart, AND hypertension, and I can take 60-80 mg of Amphetamine without any issues). However, one could die from over-exertion if, say, they took amphetamine and ran a marathon. But it would be from over-exertion and NOT from sodium channel block. Since I know I HAVE multiple heart conditions, I have so far chosen to not try Cocaine. I probably will never try it even though the effects sound very desirable!
To be fair good cocaine is miles better than coffee. It's more than just stimulation, there is a profound euphoria and on good coke you are incredibly relaxed, like many people here have posted, just wanna talk and talk and sit and talk more. Very opening sometimes. Still not worth it anything coke can do, there is a better and safer substance out there (except getting addicted to coke, nothing will do that like coke ) wanna get chatty? eat some MDMA.
Word. I was prescribed Methylphenidate (Ritalin) from a young age, so I wan't too excited when I tried yay, since they are so similar. The only difference being that nice numbing/slight body high good coke can provide. I used to do coke a lot by itself and IV it, but those days are over for me. I still like a little bit cooked up with some heroin in a syringe for a nice speedball though. But, for me the high is so intense that I don't even want to do it every day, so mixing the two keeps my use to a minimum. I cooked some crack from my coke before. It got me so high, I didn't even want to feel that high. My brain felt horrible. I can't understand how people can enjoy that. Terrible feeling.
