suurrrree. i find it interesting that you type all that out to defend yourself against an instigator. would you like to tell me more about bedwardism? ill give you a minute to google it if you need...
i dont know much about bedwardism other than main people involved are alexander bedward, leonard howell and robert hinds. relates to garveyites and rastafarians. founded in jamaica. oh and of course, afrocentralism is involved.
yeah, I didn't like it at first, but I had a friend who loved it, so I tried to understand why... and succeeded.
im not a fan of the sweet. i go for the bitters, but after hearing people talk about it for a while i tried it out. definatly not a top five, but its possiby in the top 20 now
I love bitter too, hence my adoration for IPA i can dig some sweet sometimes, I like Newcastle brown ale on tap every now and then, I get it if I go to Alamo Drafthouse.
i like that buses run until 11 most nights cuz then i dont have to worry about plowing through an old lady and her dog going to the grocery store to get a gallon of milk at ten oclock at night
Lol wow i read this entire topic and found it hilarious. I dont get what the big deal is with referring to ones self as rasta. Honestly vigilante you arent a rasta and never will be. Not to be rude or anything but just because you have adjusted very little to the rasta movement does not make you a rasta. You stated your locks were backcombed because you wanted to have neat seperations.... Lol honestly that is like contradicting the movement seeing as how they dont have locks for looks and dont care if some are uneven or seperated. Their locks are for oppression they faced in the mid 20th century they werent meant to be a fashion statement. You stated that you rarely drink alchohol, but that still means you occasionally do which isnt a very rasta thing to do. I could say alot more but i am on a macbook and these keyboards arent for me so ye but overall you always have some comment towards rasta yet you dont follow the majority of their teachings besides having designer locks and praising jah because you like the way it sounds.... Once again this isnt to be rude as you seem like a chill chick im just saying if you want to call yourself a real rasta then at least follow the movement and not only apply some things that suit you and just continue to say you are a rasta
