When I was 8 in my old house a caterpiller went into a cocoon in the corner of my room...woke up one day to a blue butterfly on my bed...I was really excited cus it had been there for ages. I named it Faustino (after our deceased cat) and let it out
yeah I was never really a pulling legs of spider child I got 20€ to let a gigantic spider my dad found to crawl across my hand, my dad said it would help me not to be arachnaphobic and it worked!
yeah but they cant really do anything to you...If I see one I dont like or one that breaks the rules then I put them in a glass and put them outside
yeah I was shitting it...it was outside on the wall..just a normal house spider but about 10 billion times bigger but it wasnt as bad as I thought...although they still have too many eyes and legs I dont mind them anymore..haha if I see them in my room I talk to them and tell them the rules if they want to stay in my room haha this was meant for this thread
When I went to my aunt's two summers ago, there were spiders everywhere but I got used to it(kinda). They just stayed in the same spot for hours and once you left they'd move.So I'd freak out and wonder if it was under the bed or something.hah
yeah you could watch a spider for hours and it wouldnt move a milimetre but go downstairs or to the toilet or something and its either moved or gone completely..when you cant see them but know they're there thats when it gets a tad scary If that happens i'll search my room till I find it and put it outside...thats one of the rules, no dissapearing and no going on the ceiling or walls directly bordering my bed...whats creepy is that iv never once seen a spider in those places. Bathroom rules are that they cant go in the half of the room with the toilet and sink, and iv never seen one there either...I think they're a lot smarter than people give them credit for. The shed is the worse though, thats where all the daddies are. I stay out of there and they stay in, everyones happy.
I've had one cornering my ceiling by my bed back home, but my ceilings pretty high but it's still creepy. We've had one in the ceilng corner above the toilet before. Now THAT is the creepiest. You have to keep looking up every 20 seconds to see if it moved  Freakin spiders...I'm sure that's whats bit me before in my sleep.
in primary school when I was really scared of spiders there were ones in our school yard that used to jump to catch its pray. We used to play with them with twigs making them junp but one jumped on my face and scared the shit out of me. So although I know its irrational a spider cant be within jumping distance of me if its in my room or bathroom thats only for sleeping or toiletting though so for the most part its fine
