Rickenbacker 4000 series. I'm generally a Blues/Jazz and Folk player as the Rock & Roll genre can be slightly lacking these days. I play a dozen or so instruments, but guitar/harmonica is typically my favorite. I used to be more inclined in piano/organ/keyboards, but I slacked off on it and I generally remember basic things. Mandolin and Banjo, but I don't own either of the two right now. I had a backpacker travel mandolin, but I got rid of it... as I said, looking at Tacoma and Godin mandos at the moment, as well as a Gibson Mastertone banjo for a nice deal. Drums, I can play, but I don't have the room right now. I could use a djembe, but I'd rather get a mandolin. I play my neighbor's dulcimer sometimes... I usually go over there one day a month and they have a bluegrass get together. I did play trumpet and trombone in middle school, but I don't care a whole lot for brass instruments... I'd like to get into fiddle, but, eh, I'd still rather have a mandolin or a banjo. I'm working on the electronics on my les paul sometime this week... keeps shorting out on me, but I ordered some switchcraft parts from Stew-Mac last night and I'm going to wax pot my pickups again.
ya i do believe i played one of those they had good tone and a good feel but i still wasn't totally impressed
hmmm i think ive played those before but i usually spend like 2 or 3 hours of playing guitars at the local guitar shop Guitar Czar the owner is way cool guy that knows so much about guitars and is so cool suggesting guitars and new guitars that have come in i have a good time there and sometimes me and the staff jam for a while
Bein able to play fiddle is great for pubs an stuff, people just love scots and irish tunes on violin. I play mostly jazz though.
I know wax is classic, but I wonder if there isn't something better, it's not broken so why even think about fixing it.... but yeah that was my tangent..... yeah
