What is your ideal amount of sex per week?

7 to 10 times a week on average, one has to keep ones end up, what say you.

 

My ideal amount is 'more' ...

 

Would never say no to more.

 

If I could have it my way, I'd be having it at least once a day.

Reality its just a few times each week, but it varies. We went through a bad dry spell a couple months ago due to being too busy with kids, work, etc. But other times we may be a lot more active and it balances out.

I had this GF in college who really loved sex. We used to fuck like bunnies, and the sex was the most intense and amazing sex I'd ever had. I remember once when we had sex 3 times in one day. It was so worth it.

 

Maybe not ideal for you, but that's not bad, relatively speaking......
