What's wrong with imports? --Is it about not supporting U.S. companies?

    2007 Hyundai Sonata V6

    LOVE IT!!!

great acceleration, well appointed, best warranty in the business, great gas mileage and five grand cheaper than a new Accord or Camry and I'll take my car over either of those models in a heart beat. Test drove those two as well as a Volvo and the Hyundai schools them all on performance and in my opinion Looks.

As far as I'm concerned its the best car on the planet under 25K. I couldn't be happier.

Why buy an American piece of junk when you can buy something that won't break down within five years? If American cars were well put together and didn't leak oil after a couple years of owning them, I might consider. The imports are economical and efficient cars.

    Well, quite a few really.

I dont need a car. Great Britain is a very small island, i can get to the places i want to go without. Public transport exists, even if its terrible at the moment, but everyone jumping in their cars and clogging the roads instead isnt going to help fix this problem, is it? More people using the system will, imo

I find them ugly. Theyre bits of tin that choke out fumes that make me feel queasy

There are far too many people driving unnecessarily where i live. Rows and rows of them with just one person driving, and theyre probably only going a few miles at the most. I have legs, if i want to travel under a mile ill walk or use my bike, over a mile ill use the bike or take a bus or train

I dont want to be having a negative impact on this planet, so although obviously i admit (im not an idiot) that i must be having some kind of bad effect, no matter how hard im trying, i do still try my best. I dont need to be another person choking out fumes, and so im not one. If there were no trains or buses running that day id car share with a friend

I dont like roads and concrete, and driving is supporting the smothering of it over this very small country

Its dangerous, and im not someone with good coordination etc

Its expensive and i dont have a lot of money. If i did, that money could be used for something more useful

    Uhm, there are probably more

Please note: I live in the UK. I realise the situation is different for people who live in large countries where a lot of terrain needs to be crossed
