Apple cider vinegar has numerous health benefits. As another person suggested, it cleanses the system. But it also does so many other things, like makes the body's PH more alkaline (which helps prevent cancer and other diseases), increases immunity, boosts the metabolism/aids in weight loss, increases energy, aids in digestion... I could go on and on. I add it to water since ACV is very acidic on its own and can damage the enamel on your teeth if you don't dilute it. So I don't drink it for the flavor, but for the health benefits. The flavor is an acquired taste, but I have come to like it. It gives water an added bite, much like adding lemon to water does.
