    wow! i eat lots of edimame, i wonder what it does to my hormones? can't be any worse than birth control :rolleyes:

    almond milk is very good, i usually get vanilla flavor. it doesn't go bad for me, you just have to refrigerate it after opening.... course we always drink it really fast.
