What positive shit happened today?

Realized that I turn 25 Sunday, which means my car insurance should drop....hopefully a lot. That's pretty positive. Now only if I had car insurance, then it would be really positive.

Does this happen anywhere outside the states?

yeah, insurance drops at 25, unless a little old lady drives into the back of you, because suddenly that makes you a liability on the roads. /rant

 

i made a really good turkey bacon wrap for dinner

 

i organized my home studio and picked up a bunch of my mom's crap that she threw on the floor.

and because it isn't so chaotic in this room i had the inclination to draw up a painting i'm gonna do in the near future.



also i've found a symbolism in my art that is deep and whimsical... cupcakes! i don't know why or what it all means, but it feels good... and when i'm done drawing, painting, and thinking about cupcakes then at least i have a conceptually linked series of works.

woke up to a bag of andy cap's hot fries, a cigarette, and a cup of coffee. all on a tray next to my bed. i think my mother stopped by early this morning bahaha.

 

The friend that I've had a huge crush on for years is finally okay with the fact than I like her. However, I also stopped liking her as more than a friend. Bad timing, I guess.

 

My almost 5yo old aced a 30 word spelling test - then she made two cakes almost single handedly (minus the oven and all).

I got a digital voice recorder to capture my creations on the move (starting a song writing small group soon and need new material).

This wasn't today but last night my hubby and I went to a Valentine's Dinner & Dance and we were all decked out - it was fun.

 

The past week has been like summer here! The sun has been out and it's been warm enough to wear summer dresses! Im loooving it!
I did some spring cleaning today and found some christmas presents that I had hid so well I forgot about them! lol. So...my daughter got some new books.

 

I've done that, too mandy (with the Christmas presents)!

 

i woke up to a beautiful day - sun shining, not a cloud in sight... now i just have to decide what to do with such a day!

 

I'm in a relationship. It's not really serious and is just a long-distance online thing...But it's better than nothing.

Also, she's a babe. 8D
