i work as a cleaner in the mornings at a primary school, then twice a week a run a comminty cafe at the local community centre near where i live. I make dreadlock headwear the rest of the day using crochet and sell my stuff. And I do circus workshops with my boyf
I do have to figure out what I am going to do with myself when Loopy starts school this fall. Getting a little nervous if I can find a job in this hick town with my locks.

I agree! There are so many misconceptions about these kids, one being that they are distant and unemotional. Some of the sweetest, most affectionate kids I've met have an ASD.

nothing i dont have a job yet. im in school. besides that i guess mowing my grandmas lawn in summer, and KARMA~! i I found a $10 bill today. It felt great. Thats like the first time it ever happened (finding money) in my life. Ever.
hahaha...the best is when you put on an article of clothing you ahvent worn in a long time, reach in a pocket, and BAM $20 bill...pretty satisfying and i nominate White Snow for "coolest job eva"
bcmama, you were a supervisor at value village!? lucky! cool and interesting jobs for everyone else too! I used to want to be a young adult librarian but after living in the "real world" for a while I decided I needed to do something more hands on and more creative so now I'm in school for cosmetology. And I LOVE it!
Yep, working at Value V was awesome! I'd probably still be there, but I had to quit because I couldn't find childcare for my kiddo back then.
I live in a winery/vineyard area. Been working vintages for 2 months of the year since i was young. Over the years just picked up more and more and worked my way up. Wanna get out of it now though
