Went out to eat! Bought two 8-piece sushi rolls w/ some edamame, and then later a large pizza, and then a pint of ice cream, and finally a decaf americano at Starbucks. Yes, I broke with my diet. Lol. But this morning I'm back on track. Been dieting since Easter and don't plan to stop until I'm less than 180 pounds. I was 210, am now 194 (or there about, maybe less) and hope to be 180 by the end of August, but possibly it will take longer as I tend to break the diet more and more as time progresses. I feel back in my groove this morning though!
