    Barrettes to put my hair up. I have been looking for the old fashioned kind that, apparently in the last dozen years, have been replaced with ones bent on pulling your hair out.

    Finally found what I wanted yesterday at Krogers, of all places, and they were even on sale. Bonus for me. I bought several packages that should probably last the rest of my life.

    Thank you Glen. I think that it will only be a couple more bottles and then I will toast him. He is a kind soul and has fought long and hard but this week he told me he is ready to go. His daughter is in BC and I called her and she is flying out.

    I just hope he goes as easy as possible.

    I am going to miss him.
