That sounds like a weightlifter's egg nog. I'm actually going to try this, the only problem is that I'm worried about salmonella (I know it's overplayed , but still!!!).

I have to sleep over my friend's house 4 days week cuz my car broke down and he lives 2 steps away from our college. I can usually bring about 2-3 days worth of good wholesome food (butternut squash, rice, broccoli, nuts, fruits, soba noodles, and I still buy some while I'm over there) but its disgusting how his family eats. There's 6 heads in the house, 7 including me, and they have like NO produce in the house. Everything is pre-packaged, deep-fried, fast food, or just unwholesome. One day he made some battered shrimp and oysters, and at least 90% of the shit is bread and sometimes u dont' even get any meat. He has a fishmonger a walk away (that I found) that sells wild caught salmon varieties, halibut, and mahi-mahi trim cuts for $3 / lb!!!!! An asian grocery store near me would sell me a box of 80 persimmons for $30.

Is your life really THAT busy that you can't put a little love and effort into your food? People astound me, especially when they have such good food sources around.

As a side note, i was reading organic new zealand magazine at my doctors the other week and it talked about a lab that was set up to evaluate the quality of organic produce. Egg's were the most hyped...and being that more organic eggs are being sold than are laid it is quite important to test for authenticity.

It turned out that while caged eggs and free range eggs are easy to distinguish, organic eggs are hard to distinguish from caged.

A friend also told me an odd fact about free range chickens having higher stress levels due to being out in the open.

    whole foods over processed foods
organic over genetically modified or chemically treated
fruits & veg over animal fats
    moderate calories over excessive calories
    natural sweeteners over artificial sweeteners

back to basics, folks. moving in a positive direction is what matters, not being perfect or all-knowing when it comes to nutrition.
