Having to get up in the attic of a house, with all that itchy insulation and other junk. Yeah, don't really want my feet on that.
Some peoples' feet die within thier shoes....from poor circulation, moisture and restriction of the muscles. It is sad to see an older person shuffling along and balancing on thier bones, because thier muscles have atrophied within thier shoes. Most people don't realize that walking barefoot works the muscles all the way up the legs, through the buttox.....and into the abdomin. In fact, it is impossible to push off with your toes with power without working your whole body. If you want to improve your posture, go barefoot a lot.
