I wouldn’t change a thing because the moment you start messing around with the past, you alter the present in ways you might not want – there are simply too many variables.

I've thought about it but I think i'm too much of an introvert to really enjoy it.

I really just want to earn a living writing. I think it is the one career that really suits my nature.

I enjoyed my experiences with factory work better than being a teacher. But that's just me.

I wouldn't change anything about my life but I'd make some changes in myself; like I'd have been more athletic starting from childhood. That's really my only regret is that I've never made my body a priority.

I'd have been born a less inhibited person, I suppose.

same here. that's the main reason i work year round.

but if i were going that way, i think i would look into something like tutoring, or guidance counseling, or whatever. you know, where you just deal with one or two kids at a time rather than having to lecture to a whole room full of them. you still get the same summer vacation that way.

I had an excellent guidance counselor in elementary school and would love to go that route, i connect with kids one on one but basically think they're little shits in groups. But i'm not sure if the job market is that great for school counselors

what i would change, has very little to do with my own life personally, nor anyone else's individually.

there's a whole heap of policies, and the conditions they create that i would though,
starting with an end to the popularity of hating logic.

and not ending with ending the tyranny of the dominance of aggressiveness either,
i'd be just getting started rolling with that one.

It does seem impossible to get a job. The one job I did get to try out paid less with no benefits and I was working with a guy that just got released for murder.

Nobody wants to give benefits anymore. My current med costs just shy of $2200 every 28 days. That's almost twice what I live off of. I would have to have a job that pays at least as much as I currently live on and give benefits or pay 3 times what I live on now.

Nobody gives a rats ass what their tax dollars paid for to do to my life so fuck em.

    That's $3300 a month or $39600 a year - it isn't crazy.

Nobody is going to hire me and pay that for any job. Last I tried not even the minimum wage locations where going to hire someone with a record. Strange, as I mostly did probation. Never did more than a month in jail at a time. Must be a lot of people in my situation because jail is usually packed like sardines.

A friendship that should not have ended how it did.
