More left over pizza. I'm not doing that again. Starting tomorrow I'm all healthy and home made... For a week.
The great thing about eating healthy for the most part is that pigging out every once in awhile (or indulge otherwise in more unhealthy food) isn't bad. And it tastes better too!
Coffee and bread for breakfast, bananas and apples for lunch. Some cake and coffee around 4 and stamppot boerenkool for dinner. Besides coffee I only drank water today
No, always have something on it. In the mornings usually butter and cheese. Same this morning. But yeah, some bread is good enough by itself!
I had a coffee, a salad, some hard cooked egg white salad thing, an apple, some chocolate and some black licorice. Then I had stuffed peppers and yogurt with granola.

I just ate two granola bars. Most nights, my wife goes to bed before me and the dog follows her. Most nights, I have two granola bars. No matter what time I eat those granola bars or how quiet I try to be at the counter....before I even get the first one opened, the dog is sitting behind me staring at me with those sorry little granola bar-needing eyes.
Lol. My dog knows he has little chance of getting anything out of me so most times he doesn't even bother to follow. But if my wife gets up it's game on, he's going to the kitchen. And then he gives me those eyes like he loves her more
