Umm I dunno. I like to call them a rock band.

It's not the usual kind of music I listen to. But I still love them, I've been listening to them since my dad showed them to me when I was like 9.

New here's some of the shit I always listen to. If I'm sad this cheers me up, if I wanna chill this will chill me out. I can listen to Slayer anytime. I'm probably the only guy in the stoners lounge into this shit lol.

Like I'm generally into more classic rock. But good music is good music, I'll listen to any genre any time

 

Yeah Rock also plays a big part in my music playlists.

I don't know were I'd be without Zeppelin, AC/DC, Floyd, Neil Young. That kinda stuff.

Those bands have influenced me in ways I never thought I could be influenced, without them I wouldn't be half the guitarist I am today. I would also have no lyric writing abilities.

Actually Bob Dylan is my idol for lyrics because he said something like "If you want to write good lyrics for a song just take one of your favourite songs and then write new lyrics for them, then write the music after."

I've used that technique a couple times. Seems to work.

Damn I always wished I was in a band, cuz I would play guitar and produce and work with sound and all this shit- it's what I love.

Basically directing movies and making/producing music is what I want to pursue. But I don't know where to start.

 

Haha i used to be in a band, we did one performance in a school battle of the bands, and we played Voodoo Child, Over the Hills and Far Away and then killing in the name of.
i would not be able to perform as well as i did without shrooming

Me and my friends jam, but only me and the drummer are actually good enough to really make some good music.

That was pretty sick. im not great at guitar, but i play bass and i sing. but i broke my bass string trying to play John Entwistle style bass and ive been to lazy to go down to port credit to buy another one

 

It sounds really decent, but the one thing I would advise to you is BE ORIGINAL

Like no one wants to hear the same musical harmonies and shit again and again. When something's fresh and new thats whats up.

the drum beat and the solo is tight, but I feel like I've heard it tons of times before.
