I dont know.. but they have a sewer run off system. the movie daylight is a catastrophic failure caused my an explosion. its a movie. I believe they go from the top and inject a cement slurry, it displaces the water and hopefully fills in the gap, and caps the dome of the tunnel. but Ive not really researched the problem only using my imagination ..

 

The Wisconsin Badgers are changing the university crest on their athletic uniforms to feature a black "W" in an effort to support Blacks and other under-represented communities, the school announced Wednesday.

Athletes at the school had pushed for the change of the university's crest, which previously featured a white "W" on all Wisconsin uniforms.

It shows solidarity with the Black and [persons of color] communities who take pride in being a Wisconsin Badger."

It does beg to ask the question, did the previous white "W" represent White Power?
