Well... the free coffee! I 2 bad cups though; the first I had to pay. Then I reported it to the 1 800 number for Starbucks. They remedy that by infusing your account with credit, so... the story. I went for a big cup of coffee, and asked them to be sure it was fresh. They said it was, and I explained that if it was sour I would wait for them to make a fresh pour-over single cup. They said not to worry, it's fresh! I bought it, and it wasn't. So I called and the attendant on the line said they'd notify the district manager for that store. I was not satisfied with this outcome though because what about my $2.65? So I called back and they gave $5 credit with which I bought an additional big cup; again being assured that it would be fresh. It wasn't. The first sips seemed ok, but now it's terrible. Anyway, getting the $5 was pretty amusing...
