training moms dog to lay down. i can get her to do it eventually but now when she does she just sits there waiting for a treat. i almost feel bad....almost, she is getting way more treats than she deserves

 

Trainers keep those little bags on their belts with treats in them. They give out tons of treats but they're small.

 

Just got back from my morning cycle ..... 40Km and a sunny 32c.

I've really been making an effort to do things that make me happy. I went for sushi today, went out for coffee, played a prank on the neighbour's, went to the gym. It helped.

 

happy to see those things helped....those are all things that would make me more depressed.

being a troll today. i even have the hair for it at the moment.

 

i always hate shaving. really i only do it for work or special occasions. the one exception is that i will shave when it gets too long....i just took a bite of pizza and got a bit of mustache hair...that is a sign that it is too long. shaving will be done today.

 

well his is much more straight than mine is. somebody has to wiggle him back and forth as if he is a stick and they are trying to start a fire
