I'm mowing for the first time this year today. The mower started right up too...must not be mine or something.

 

Here too, but I've yet to step outside. I had/have things thatrequire me indoors right now...but might step out later. Ironically, nice days sometimes make me more productive inside. Ha! I just know that I will regret missing it when I want to get out later and its freezing or raining or something.

 

My poor little car has turned into a work truck.

We just hauled home 6 bales of wheat straw in a Mazda 5.

 

Sister and husband are fighting...awkward....I will use my empty beer as an escape route.

 

Haven't sat down since breakfast, finally sitting outside enjoying a beer. I have a lasagna in the oven. Not the worst end to the day

 

I hate that.

My daughter-in-law acted an ass several times when we were on vacation. I will say that I am very thankful that neither my son, nor she, drinks anymore. Those were awful fights.

 

Used to be worse when I lived here 24 years ago. Slowing on the spice helped that quite a bit.

Herniated disc or pulled ligament, which sux. I will gingerly go pool train soon.

Update: now I'm bit more sore lol. Walked the dog and played more pool. Will rest now and put a new cue tip on.

Yesterday, hubby and I were married for 18 years.

I'm just stunned that this much time has passed.

Said fuck off to giving up beer.

Now I am just gonna stay under 2k calories a day.
It's easier than I thought.
At 900 for the day. I will probly just eat sunflower seeds and celery for the rest of the day

 

I use heat treatment more often than cold because it feels better to be warm than cold. so warm baths and the wheat packs.

 

Hmm. 2k calories doesn't sound like too much.
But remember the more you burn the more you can consume too.

I remember it was near 300 calories for a rum and Coke can but only 90 for a low carb beer.

 

I heard it was domestic and that two of the students were shot. What an asshole.

 

2k is nothing depending on what you eat.
A big Mac is about 2k.

But fruit is only about 100 each and a salmon patty is 250. So fruit for breakfast a salmon sandwich for dinner. And a seed or nut snack for lunch and that is less than 600 for the day.
