He's not answering. He could be taking time out to get his head together, and may have conflicting emotions concerning the fire. He is 70. Still fit but a little unsteady. He was kind of psyched about the fire. Saying like how he would have a new start in a new home. Forget the old. But I fear he may take this to the extreme of cutting off his old friends. He is like a brother/Father to me. If he wants to make a clean brake of it then that's his decision. I hope not. I will call him again tonight.

We're having a cooler week here. It was very hot.

I woke up on my floor at 2:00 this morning. I went out with some friends last night. I had an IPA with dinner, and then a couple martinis. And a mean a couple, as in two. A whopping three drinks and I passed out on my floor. I'm lucky I made it home, and, no, I wasn't driving.

The council are looking after him. They are being very good to him. Put him up in a hotel and bought him a new phone. Plus he has £7000 in savings. But yes if I don't hear from him soon I will do as you suggest.
