all this sounds like a recipe for the herbalist in the dragon age game i am currently playing

 

Emma and I are going to be doing some more late night/early morning patrols in the car. Another car was broken into in the neighborhood.

 

I was in bed by midnight last night. Rare.

 

Got the upper front yard mown, and defined the path to the Sacred Grove which is the next brushing project.




Also started on the Scott's brown mulch covering in the front yard.



Not as hot today...

 

What is that?

 

It's a Celtic/Teutonic thing.... a natural circle of trees with heightened energy.

 

Okay, I've seen some of those in a redwood forest, in California.

 

Did a little more trim mowing and I'm done until this evening...




There has been an eviction notice given to a chipmunk in the meditation garden... Destructive little guy, he is.

Been hectic here and time just goes. I am finally making progress with Leela and training. She now has very few accidents and more importantly is figuring out that Celeste is not a squeak or chase toy. Hard as Celeste of course has no fear of dogs because Lace just allows her to be the boss. Leela was thinking a little differently at first but now is starting to figure out the bird is off limits. .

Heat and humidity is suppose to break tonight, hopefully they are accurate as a few days of windows open would be nice. I love the air and need it to breathe but after a bit the house feels closed up.

 

Yes, the coffein helped alot!

Cooler out this morning... Gotta get the house cooled down before mid-day. It's a timing thing.

When we lived here a few years without any a/c, I'd open windows during the cooler early morning hours and shut them for the rest of the time.

I understand that timing thing.

 

It cooled down last night and most of today I had the windows still open. It is going to cool down again tonight so I will soon be opening them again.

Just finished watering my planters and garden so they are all perky and happy again.

 

We're taking the granddaughters and going to watch the grandson play some world series games tomorrow.

 

Done mowing for now, pretty much caught up with that so I don't know if I will do a little more this evening or not.

 

Did half a couple hours ago gonna now the other half now.
