What's Happening?

I went to the dentist this morning to have the extraction sites checked and he said everything looked really good.

 

My daughter's wedding is making me crazy, again.

She was supposed to (contract) let the venue know, by 5 pm. if she wanted to go ahead with the tent rental she'd put a deposit on. She forgot and didn't return the email until after 5:00.

Now, the venue says she will have to talk to the rental place tomorrow and see if he still has one available; or if she can get one from somewhere else.

That new storm is supposed to bring rain in here. Right now, the percentage chance for Saturday is 25% during the day and 55% at night.

I'm like, "She better find you a damn tent!"

Then my daughter goes "But they only hold 48 people."

She sent out invitations for 75.

I tried to tell her that if it rained there would be people not come out at all.

Still, why would she want 75 wet people when she could have 48 of them be dry...including herself and her bridal party?

I'm cleaning hair brushes, combs, makeup brush's, and sanitizing old makeup.

I'm going to give alot of this stuff to my 15 year old granddaughter who currently shares her mother's makeup.

I think it will make both of them happy!

 

I was feeling down about work but this week has been going great so it's restored my hope. For me, work is more than about money or gaining a certain position...I need to feel appreciated. And I do.

I slept in this morning and I'm still trying to wake my mind.

I can't get started on what I need to do.


I feel like I've got Deer In The Headlights Syndrome.

 

Headache.

 

I can relate, Aeri. That feeling where you have so much to do, that you're just paralyzed by the possibilities. I've been feeling that way at work lately. Where do I begin...

 

Yeah... for the last week or more. And it's not sinus or allergy related because that shyt don't bother me... So I have no idea.

 

A cup of coffee, two Tramadol, and a 10/325 Hydrocodone has lessened it some.

I'm not really eating any solid foods right now with all the dental extractions.

 

I'm working off a list and I can't even decide what to do next. :willy_nilly:

 

I take it that you won't be eating too much at the rehearsal dinner and wedding?

Lots of drinking though.....

 

That's right; I won't be. I may take some Greek Yogurt to both.

I won't be drinking a whole, whole lot because my son (recovering alcoholic of one year sobriety) will be there and I don't drink around him. I need to hang out and be his sober buddy.

He may leave early though...
