What's Happening?

They are going to Biloxi, Mississippi to gamble for a few days.

I'm going to stay at their apartment with my grandson.

What. A. Weekend!!

 

Laying in bed listening to the wind and the rain
This weather is disgusting, I love a good rainy Autumn day but the temp needs to be about 20 degrees cooler, it is so warm and humid

 

The humidity was thoroughly disgusting at the wedding.

I checked the humidity before I went to bed and it was something like 94%.

 

Russian guy at work was telling me about an open hockey session in union. Gotta be up in 3 hours after being up all day and having 5 beers in the last 4 hours.

The alarm is set we shall see if it works.

 

Expecting 1-2 inches of rain today from the remains of Hurricane Nate, now nothing more than a tropical depression
but still packing a lot of moisture - great start to the week

Needed the rain here but all I got was the cold front that pushed Nate to the east. Got maybe 1/2 inch of rain, southern Ohio got over 1.5 inches. Missed it by about 20 miles....

 

Rain and Thunderstorms here.

I've got to drive all the way across town, 40 miles, in Atlanta traffic.

Joy.

 

Got the grandson to bed. Hanging with the t.v. and the cat, pretending the lizards aren't here.

 

My mom's sister passed away this morning.

It's weird.

My mom passed away the day before my son got married and now her sister passed away a day and a half after my daughter got married.

They say my aunt had been calling my mother's name for days even though mom passed in '07.

I got my grandson on the bus at 7:00, ate a little breakfast, and went back to bed for two hours.
I feel human now.

 

I had to find the grocery store up here where my daughter lives.

Mission accomplished.

Waiting on the kid to get home now.

I ran into a guy from the apartment complex in the store so now somebody knows I'm up here this week.

I think I'll make a sandwich, now.

 

Wondering if I want to get dirty, playing with drywall. or should I sit this game out today and smoke and drink without anyone here to bother me.. lil satan is still working and probably stay at sisters one more nite and big satan is with a friend going to Titusville train tour.. I paid for that shit.

I think IM going to drink..

 

Learned alot of lymphedema techniques today. I have another 90 min class on Fri.
It's nice that my hands that can relieve things that can no longer happen naturally.

 

I reckon I could just about have a meme from neverending story that relates to most discussions lol. My favorite will be that troll thing "is he.. a nutcase?" :d
