The county water company work trucks just passed my house and went to the cul-de-sac below me.

That was my cue to fill several gallon jugs with water in case they turn the water off for a little while.

 

I think I'll do some raking in the front yard, collect some more dead-fall for the fire pit, and help hubby build another raised bed box for the garden when he wakes up and gets around.

This is such beautiful weather and an awesome time of year to be outdoors! :sunny:

It's time to go to the school bus stop and gather in the triplets. It's the highlight of my day.

Well my day is going great so far! Woke up and got plenty of rest last night which was good! There's been so many nights where I had trouble sleeping. Bought some hair dye for myself and some glow in the dark nail polish! So I'm getting all ready for Halloween.

 

Good sleep feels so much better!

 

I made it an early evening.

I've already walked Emma and finished eating.

Now to research something to help my hip and back.

Road construction on I 85 is never ending and I guess people are catching on and taking the back roads I've been using forever so now there's no good way to go that doesnt take almost an hour and its really pissing me off

And the growth rate here is something ridiculous like 46%

And they never ever ever do anything about the roads until they're completely overcrowded and disintegrating

Every day there are more and more cars and it takes me longer and longer

Its very annoying. Needed to vent. Thanks for listening

 

Road work is usually slow to complete.

The only thing I ever saw completed in a hurry was the i-85 bridge that burned in Atlanta.

Can you change your hours a little bit?

Maybe, do errands while traffic dies down?

 

They're pretty rigid about everyone in the office working the same hours for some reason. If I had it my way I would work 7 - 4

I need a new job anyways, its too far away even without traffic plus I just hate it lol

I was wondering how long it would take them to finish that burned bridge. They're doing a spaghetti junction type thing here which hopefully will alleviate a lot of congestion on 85 but they've been working on it a while now and there doesnt seem to be much progress made everytime I drive by

 

It only took 6 weeks and opened a month ahead of schedule.

I'd like to go put out flowers at the cemetery today. I even have leftover white rose petals from my daughters wedding that I want to put on my mom's grave. She would have adored the wedding.

I'll see what time hubby gets up and how he's feeling. I don't go to the cemetery alone.

Other than that, I don't have any concrete plans.

Today is a late day for the triplets; we pick them up from a school club at 4:00

 

My granddaughter just took me for drive around the neighborhood. She did great! I think she's a natural!

 

Yeeeeeah, so the dentist finally found the right cocktail of anesthetics for me: lidocaine, carbocaine, and vallium!

 

I have a tummy aches for some reason. I don't know what I ate to get that because I been pretty good diet wise.
