It's odd. I know, or at least i think I know, that it couldn't possibly have to do with me, but it seems like we only really spoke to each other just the other day (ok maybe there were other times, but it hasn't been as much that we've done that, though I see you around and you probably me, maybe), but what's more strange is that you mentioned Piaf. I swear this same thing happened a few months ago too! Like, as soon as I start talking to someone new here, they need a break! Heh! I'm not complaining. As I said, I know it can't possibly be from me, (I think?), so I find it more interesting than anything. Hmmmm Sorry folks are going through this though. Like I said, I have needed it too (FB).

Hubby weighed 136 lbs at the doctor.

He didn't tell me that last month he only weighed 128 lbs.

That must be when he saw the tailor for his suit. The pants were too tight at the wedding.

This man once weighed 310 lbs.

 

I just found a perfect birthday gift for the triplets!

One of them was telling her mom that she wanted to find lots of oysters at the beach so she could get their pearls.

I'll be glad when this weather has settled. It's the second day that I got a headache.

The natural gas company is going to be working on our street for 6 - 8 weeks starting tomorrow.

The first houses in our neighborhood are over 40 years old (mine is over 30 years old) so the infrastructure has to be updated.

The guy that came by today said that nobody would be without gas utility for more than 20 minutes. They do have to come into your home and relight all the pilots after the gas is turned back on. If you're home, it's not that big of a deal. If you're away and you return home to no gas appliances, or working heat, then you have to call a number and get a guy to come out and do the pilot lights.

Sounds like a bit of a pain in the ass.
